End Hep C SF is excited to release our Request for Proposals (RFP), seeking to award up to two mini-grants of up to $40,000 to establish new community-based Community Navigator programs. “Community Navigators” are defined as people with lived experience of HCV infection and treatment, who come from populations disproportionately impacted by HCV. Funding from this opportunity will support two six-month cycles of the Community Navigator program, with the possibility of extending the program as funds allow.
